Anzère and Crans-Montana are two ski resorts and ski stations on the same side of the Swiss Alps, facing each other while they are showered by the light of the sun that warms up a bit the mountainous canton of Valais (check ski resorts in Valais). They both offer amazing views to the 4 Vallées ski slopes, the biggest ski domain in Switzerland, and the Rhone valley, where you will find the cities of Sion (Valais capital) and Sierre.
Skiing in these two resorts, they are not connected, offer great skiing with a huge network of slopes addressed to skiers of practically all levels. Anzère offers less skiable area but it can comfortably keep you “busy” for the whole weekend. Crans-Montana is huge so if you want to fully explore its ski offering be prepared for more than 2 to 3 days of amazing descends.
